Members of the Skate Park Committee attended the November 7 Select-board Meeting to hear updates on site preparation for construction of Riverfront Park and the skate park. Additional test pits are being dug at the site and the results of those are expected to be in hand in January 2023. Test pits are required to ensure that the earth materials are “strong enough” to support the elements of the park.
